Scarlet's Web LLC has changed our domain registration process.  Please read the following carefully to see if any information pertains to you.

Prior to March 2008, all domains were registered through our partnership with Wild West Domains.  As late as August 2008, your domain names may have been registered with this partner.

We now register our domains through two other partners, NetEarth One and Enom.  Our decision to switch providors was based on several factors.

• We can reduce our domanin prices since our cost has decreased.
   
• You are able to manage your domain names in the client area along with your hosting account management.  This means that you can set your domains to autorenew if you keep a card on file.
   
• The level of support offered with the new providors is much higher and we are able to have a greater role in managing our clients' domains for them.   This enables us to monitor your domain and alert you if it's in danger of expiring.

During the last year, we have contacted our clients still registered with our old provider to offer them the choice of switching to our new providor.  If you chose not to switch, as of July 20, 2009 your domain will now be managed through another Wild West Domains reseller.  Wild West Domains redistributed any domains left in our account with them to other resellers once our account expired.  You should have received a noticed telling you who was now managing your domains.

If you would like to transfer your domains into our new system, it's not too late to do so.  This is a very simple process - we can do it for you if you provide your login to the old system.  There is no cost, transferring acts as a renewal, so the renewal fee does apply (at the lower rates).

You may also choose to do nothing and keep your domains through your Wild West appointed reseller.

If you chose to transfer, simply open a help desk ticket and let us know your login and we'll take it from there.  Please be sure you create an account if you don't already have one (current hosting clients already have an account) and put a card on file to pay for the renewal.
